Trout with pecan butter
A tasty american recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, trout, salt, (freshly ground) black pepper, oil, pecans, soft butter, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, lemon and parsley.

Wash trout and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Sprinkle the inside with salt and pepper and thinly coat the outside with oil.

Do fish in fish clamp.

Drizzle pecans in a light frying pan until light brown, allow to cool and coarsely chop.

Stirring the nuts through butter.

Season with lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.

Rub the tenderloins on the barbecue for approx.

10 minutes, turning halfway.

Wash lemon and cut into segments.

Cut the parsley fine at the top.

Place trout on four plates and distribute pecan butter.

Garnish with lemon and parsley.

Serve with rice or rice salad and a mixture of cooked pieces of carrots and celery..
