Chili-kale stew with sausage
Kale with beef bratwurst, pumpkin and celery.

Cut the sausages into slices of 11/2 cm and halve the potatoes. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausage around golden brown.

Sprinkle generously with the chilimix.

Add the potatoes and pumpkin and fry briefly. Add the tomatoes and stir well.

Bring to the boil, reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes without lid.

Add the kale in parts and simmer for 5 minutes. In the meantime, finely chop the celery and crumble the feta.

Season with chilimix, scoop in the deep plates and sprinkle with the feta and celery.
