Chicken curry with bok choy
A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, onion (chopped), korma curry paste (80 g), chicken fillet (diced), wok noodles (248 g), pak choi and oil.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a stirring fruit the onion with the curry paste until it smells.

Scoop the chicken cubes through and fry brown on high heat.

After 5 minutes add 200 ml of water and simmer the chicken over medium heat for 10 minutes, shoving the cubes regularly.

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

Break the leaves away from the stalk and cut into large pieces.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan and stir fry the bok choy on a high heat for 5-7 minutes.

Serve the noodles in four deep plates with the chicken curry and the paksoi next to it.

Delicious with a big spoonful of full yogurt..
