Shanghai pak choi with spicy fish puree
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, Shanghai paksoi, cod fillet (, diced), lime (, pressed), Thai fish sauce, red curry paste (pot a 225 g), ginger syrup, egg, oil and fresh garlic chives (a 20 g) .

Bush halves pack. Cook in a pan with plenty of water and salt in 3 minutes. Drain in colander. Cut cod fillet into pieces. Fish in food processor with lime juice, fish sauce, curry paste, ginger syrup and egg puree until firm mass.
