Directions

  1. Heat the oil and fry the onions and garlic for 5 minutes without coloring them brown. Add salt and pepper.
  2. Pour the wine in and let it evaporate slightly.
  3. Pour in the stock and add the thyme. Cook gently for 15 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle the celery over the soup. Spoon the soup into ovenproof bowls.
  5. Place a slice of baguette with camembert on top of the soup and place it under a hot oven grill for a while so that the camembert melts slightly.
