Moroccan Chicken

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  2. Remove the elastic and place the chicken in the oven dish.
  3. Slice the mint leaves, coriander and garlic. Mix the mint, half of the coriander and the garlic with the sambal, oil and salt.
  4. Lift the skin off the chicken breast and spread the mixture underneath.
