Moroccan Chicken
Moroccan whole chicken from the oven. Make an impression by preparing a whole chicken. The herbs and spices give a lot of flavor.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.

Remove the elastic and place the chicken in the oven dish.

Slice the mint leaves, coriander and garlic. Mix the mint, half of the coriander and the garlic with the sambal, oil and salt.

Lift the skin off the chicken breast and spread the mixture underneath.

Roast about 1 ½ hours in the oven. Baste with the shortening every 20 min. Check after 1 hour regularly for doneness.

Remove from the oven, cover with aluminum foil and leave to rest for 15 minutes. Cut the lemon into pieces.

Sprinkle the chicken with the coriander and serve the lemon slices.
