Sauerkraut chorizostamppot
Sauerkraut stew with chorizo sausage, potatoes, milk, goat cheese and green olives.

Directions

Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and rinse. Cook the potatoes with salt in approx. 20 min. Until done.

Cook the sauerkraut in another pan according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain in a colander.

In a saucepan, heat milk and butter over low heat. Mash the potatoes with the milk mixture into a smooth puree.

Cut the chorizo into cubes and roughly chop the green olives.

Mix the sauerkraut through the mash and crumble the goat cheese above it. Scoop the chorizo and olives through. Season with salt and pepper.
