Beans with goat cheese and lemon butter
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: tarly (250 g), green beans, pine nuts (65 g), fresh goat's cheese (eg Bettinne blanc), apricots, butter and lemon juice (bottle of a 115 ml).
Cook tarly according to instructions.
Eat green beans and cook until tender in 8 minutes.
Roast pine nuts in a dry frying pan.
Cut cheese into cubes.
Wash apricots and cut into pieces.
Heat in butter until butter turns brown.
Put lemon juice through it and let it be hot.
Spread green beans, cheese and apricot with lemon butter.
Season with salt and pepper.
