Tortillas from the pan with smoked chicken


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, macaroni vegetables (400 g), smoked chicken fillet (fumé, approx. 160 g), wrapt tortillas (8 pieces), (sunflower) oil, pasta sauce (sugo tradizionale, 470 g) and ground cheese (200 g).

Directions

  1. Boil vegetables in boiling water for 2 minutes.
  2. Drain and drain well.
  3. Cut chicken into very small pieces.
  4. Spread tortillas on both sides with a little oil.
  5. Distribute pasta sauce, vegetables and chicken.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over it.
  7. In 2 frying pans with lids on medium high heat tortillas in turn for about 2 min.
  8. Baking until cheese is melted.
  9. Let tortillas slide on four warm plates and leave them covered until they are all ready..
