Directions

  1. Boil the sprouts with salt for 3 minutes, drain and rinse cold water.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the shallots and ginger root for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the sprouts and peppers and fry them for 4 minutes.
  4. Add smoked sausage and apple and stir-fry 2 minutes.
  5. Spoon the nuts through and add salt and pepper to taste.
