Roasted carrots and caramelised tofu
Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Spoon the tofu with the ketjapmarinadeen honey and put away.
Cut the roots into thick slices or in half lengthwise and place them on the baking sheet.
Spoon a tablespoon of oil and the sesame and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast them high in the oven in about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the nut rice.
Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the tofu cubes on medium height brown.
Spoon the parsley through the nut rice and serve with the roasted roots and caramelised tofu.
