Pea soup with veg sausage
Vegetarian Dutch pea soup of split peas and Dutch stir-fry vegetables.

Bring the split peas with the water to a boil in a soup pot and cook for 45 minutes. Stir occasionally.

After 40 minutes, puree with the hand blender to a smooth soup.

Heat the oil in a frying pan 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time and bake the sausages in brown for 6 minutes.

Add the stir-fry vegetable and bouillon tablets 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time of the split peas and boil for another 5 minutes.

Cut the sausage into slices and scoop through the soup.
