Multigrain wraps with chicken salad


Wraps with celery, onion, red pepper, chicken strips, iceberg lettuce and thousand islands salad dressings.

Directions

  1. Heat the wraps according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Cut the celery into pieces of 4 cm and cut into strips.
  3. Bring a layer of water to the boil and boil the celery for 3 minutes. Rinse them in a colander under the tap with cold water.
  4. Cut the onion into wedges. Cut the pepper into strips.
  5. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir fry the onion for 4 minutes. Add the pepper and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.
  6. Mix together with the celery and smoked chicken strips through the salad. Scoop the dressing through.
  7. Fill the wraps with the salad and fold them in four.
