Rice with chicken, green beans, egg, carrots and satay sauce.

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, boil the eggs in almost 7 minutes.
  2. Bring a layer of water to a boil in a pan. Remove the stalk of the green beans, let the tip sit, and cook the beans for 5 min.
  3. Drain and rinse cold under running water.
  4. Halve the cucumber in the length and scrape out the seed tables with a teaspoon. Cut the halves into 1 cm wide sloping slabs.
  5. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the chicken cubes in 5 min. Until golden brown and done. Change regularly.
  6. Meanwhile divide the green beans, cucumber, raw vegetables and carrots over a flat dish.
  7. Peel the eggs, cut into pieces and spread over the vegetables. Put the satay sauce in a saucepan and heat for 3 minutes.
  8. Divide the chicken over the vegetables. Serve the rice and satay sauce separately.
