Potato salad with herring and paprika
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, mini-jars (450 g), wholemeal bread, roasted peppers (whole, 465 g), herring (2 pieces), fresh chives (25 g), yogonaise, white wine vinegar and butter lettuce (100 g) .

Cook the potatoes according to the instructions for use in the microwave.

Toasting bread.

Peppers drain and cut into pieces.

Clean herrings and cut them into pieces.

Cut chives finely.

Dressing stirring yogonaise, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Spread butter lettuce over four plates.

Mix all other ingredients with dressing.

Making salad on lettuce.

Serve with wholemeal toast..
