Pork schnitzel in spicy marsala sauce


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, spring onions, pork schnapps, raw ham (meat products), fresh Italian spice mix (20 g), olive oil, pre-cooked mini-jars (450 g), Marsala (liquorice), whipped cream (a 125 ml), salt and pepper and black olives without pit.

Directions

  1. Clean the forest onions and cut into thin rings.
  2. Cut pork schnitzel and raw ham into strips.
  3. Sprinkle thyme and rosemary from twigs and finely chop with the rest of the herbs.
  4. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in woks and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Fry on a hot plate and keep warm under aluminum foil.
  6. Rest of oil in wok heating.
  7. Keep one third of the spring onions separately for garnish, stir for about 30 seconds.
  8. Add the pork schnitzel and brown casserole in approx.
  9. 2 minutes.
  10. Add the ham, herbs and potatoes and stir-fry for about 2 minutes, until meat is tender.
  11. Quench with marsala, stir in cream and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  12. Garnish with olives and reserved spring onions.
  13. Serve with a green salad..
