Pasta with smoked chicken and spinach


Italian pasta, wok, fusilli with black olives, garlic, smoked chicken breast strips, fresh spinach and cream.

Directions

  1. Cook the fusilli according to the instructions. Drain.
  2. Halve the olives.
  3. Slice the garlic.
  4. Heat the oil in a stir frying pan the slices of garlic light brown. Scoop out of the pan and drain on kitchen paper.
  5. Add the olives, smoked chicken breast strips and spinach to the wokkentoe and stir fry 3 min.
  6. Add the cream, bring to the boil and cook for 3 minutes.
  7. Put the fusilli on the plates, sprinkle with pepper and spoon the chicken with spinach and olives over it. Sprinkle the baked garlic over it.
