Creamy tagliatelle with salmon and broccoli

Bring the water to the boil with a little salt in a large pan.

Cut the broccoli into florets and cook for about 2 minutes until they are al dente.

Remove them from the pan and put them in a container with ice cold water.

Cook the tagliatelle in the same pan as indicated on the package.

In the meantime, cook the cream in a large frying pan until half of it remains.

This takes about 10 minutes on high heat.

Turn down the heat, add the salmon and broccoli.

Finely chop 2/3 parts of the dill sprigs and add them.

Make the cream firm with mustard, salt and white pepper.

Cut the unpeeled apple into fine matches.

Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce in the frying pan.

Divide the pasta over deep plates.

Garnish with the apple and leftover dill.
