Braised fennel with parsley potatoes and roast beef


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, liquid margarine, fennel (in slices), carrots (in slices), dried thyme, ready-to-cook potatoes, roast beef steaks à la minute (at room temperature) and fresh parsley (finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Heat 2 tbsp margarine in frying pan.
  2. Melt fennel, carrots and thyme covered in this on low heat.
  3. Roots in 10 min.
  4. Boil in water with salt.
  5. Heat the remainder of margarine in frying pan and roast beef steaks in 2 min.
  6. Brown and cooked through.
  7. Drain the potatoes and parsley through them.
  8. Season flavored vegetables with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve with parsley and roast beef..
