Fast cajun dish with seafood
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onions, garlic, green peppers, olive oil, tomato cubes (400 g), cajun spices, 1 minute rice (a 300 g), fruits de mer (seafood, a 150 g) and salted peanuts.

Peel and chop onions and garlic.

Clean peppers and cut into cubes.

Heat in frying pan or wok oil.

Cover the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.

Add pepper and fry for 3 minutes.

Stir in tomato and cajun seasoning and heat for 3 minutes on a high heat.

Prepare rice according to instructions.

Stir rice and seafood through tomato mixture and heat through and through.

Rice in a bowl and sprinkle with peanuts..
