Grilled mongolian lamb meat
A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, dry sherry, soy sauce (light), fresh ginger root (finely chopped), brown caster sugar, garlic (finely chopped), lamb shreds à la minute, oil and onions (in rings).

In bowl mix sherry, soy sauce, ginger, sugar and garlic. Cut lamb into strips of 4 cm and create marinade. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven grill. Remove bars from marinade, pat dry with kitchen paper and place on baking tray. Bake the baking plate 10 cm under the hot grill and roast the meat in 6 minutes until tender and brown. Heat oil in frying pan and onion rings for creative baking. Cook meat on four plates and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Distribute onion rings.
