Fast stew with baked cheese
Stew of cheese, mashed potatoes, panko and vegetables.

Heat the oil in a frying pan or stir fry the stew vegetables for 10 minutes on medium heat. Change regularly.

Meanwhile cut the cheese into 8 equal slices.

Put the flour in a deep plate. Break the eggs over another deep plate and beat with a fork. Put the in a third deep plate.

First take the slices of cheese through the flour, then through the egg and finally through the panko.

Heat the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating and bake the cheese slices for 4 min. On medium heat.

Turn halfway. Drain on kitchen paper.

In the meantime, heat the mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the packaging. Let the onion drain.

Spoon the stew vegetables, puree, onion and mustard. Season with pepper and salt.

Place the baked cheese slices on top and serve the mustard separately.
