Noodles with crab omelette
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, mienestjes (pack 500 g), sunflower oil, leeks (washed and thin rings), garlic (chopped), crab ((a 170 g), drained), eggs (beaten), Thai stir fry mix (400 g) and mix for noodles special (39 g).

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a stir-fry stir-fry, the leek and garlic. Add the crab and season with salt and pepper. Scoop out the woks keep warm.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry an omelette in 3-4 min. Bake 3 more omelets. Fill each omelet with the crab mixture and keep warm with aluminum foil.

Heat the 2 tbsp oil in the wok and fry the vegetables for 2 min. Add the contents of the package for bami and 150 ml water and cook for 1 min. Mix the noodles with the vegetables. Serve the noodles with the crab omelette.
