Stew double vegetables with sweet potato

Directions

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into pieces of 2 x 2 cm. Boil the potatoes with kale and white coals in water with salt, if necessary, for 15 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, heat the oil in a skillet and fry the onion and bacon strips for 6 minutes on a high heat. Turn down the heat and cook for another 6 minutes. Change regularly.
  3. Drain the potatoes and coals, but collect a cup of the cooking liquid.
  4. Stamp the potatoes and coals with the puree with the puree mash and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add some cooking liquid to make the stew more smooth. Put the stew on 4 plates, divide the onion mixture and serve.
