Pork fillet steak with cranberry compote
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potato croquettes (600 g, frozen), pork fillets (a 2 pieces), cranberry compote (pot 250 g), ground cinnamon, olive oil and broccoli (in florets and stem in slices).

Preheat the oven to 225 ° C. Fry the potato croquettes in the preheated oven according to the instructions on the packaging in 15-18 min. Golden brown and crispy.

Cut the pork fillets horizontally with a sharp knife so that an envelope is created. Put in the cranberry compote. Stick the meat with a cocktail stick and sprinkle with the cinnamon, pepper and salt. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pork fillets in approx. 10 min. Until golden brown and done. Cook the broccoli in a little water with salt in 4-5 minutes until al dente.
