Tuna steaks with spaghetti


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, frozen tuna steak (box of 2 pieces), traditional olive oil and garlic.

Directions

  1. Let the tuna steak thaw. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Cut the parsley.
  2. Stir in half of the parsley through the oil. Squeeze out the garlic. Halve the courgettes and cut into slices. Halve the tomatoes.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the zucchini for 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Smear the tuna steaks with the garlic oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat a frying pan with non-stick coating or grill pan. Fry the tuna steaks in approx. 3 min. Turn halfway.
  6. Season the zucchini mixture with salt and pepper and scoop through the spaghetti.
  7. Divide the spaghetti over 4 plates. Garnish with the rest of the parsley and put the tuna steak on top.
