Tagliatelle with green beans and tomato
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tagliatelle uovo (egg pasta, 250 g), green beans, tomatoes (a 750 g), sardines on olive oil (a 120 g), fresh basil (a 15 g), crème fraîche (200 ml ) and garlic.

Cook Tagliatelle according to instructions.

Clean green beans, boil for approx.

6 minutes and drain.

Clean tomatoes and cut into pieces.

Remove seeds and moisture.

Cut the flesh into pieces.

Sardines drain, collect oil and cut sardines into pieces.

Cut the basil into strips.

Heat in a pan of crème fraîche.

Garlic peel, halve and co-heat for approx.

2 minutes.

Take garlic from crème fraîche.

add green beans, pieces of tomato and sardines and heat for approx.

1 minute.

Season with salt and pepper.

Pour off Tagliatelle.

Prepare oil from sardines and distribute on four plates.

Distribute vegetable mixture.

Sprinkle with basil..
