Scrape the seeds from the melon with a spoon. Cut the melon into pieces and peel them. Cut the parts into pieces.

Divide the arugula over the plates and place the pieces of melon on it.

Tear the slices of ham into pieces and place on the salad.

Tear the mozzarella into pieces and divide.

Sprinkle the salad with the crema di balsamic vinegar and oil.

Sprinkle the walnuts and serve with the ciappe.
