Chinese stir-fry dish
A nice Chinese recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: mienestjes, oriental stir-fry oil, Quorn-pieces (a 175 g), Chinese vegetable mix (400 g), mango and Chinese stir-fries sauce sweet-sour (535 g).

Prepare according to instructions.

Heat in wok oil.

Quorn stir-fry for about 4 minutes.

Add vegetable mix and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Mango peel and cut flesh into cubes.

Add the stir-fry sauce and mango to the quorn vegetable mixture and heat for approx.

5 minutes with occasional stirring.

Serve with noodles..
