Smash the garlic cloves with a knife and peel them. Cut the onions into thin half rings. Clean the peppers and cut into thin strips.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan or frying pan over high heat and fry the onion and pepper for 1 min. Add the garlic cloves.

Allow the onion, paprika and garlic to cook over low heat for 12 minutes. Slice the parsley.

Add the olives and ¾ of the parsley for the last 2 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.

In the meantime, heat the oil in another frying pan and cook the tilapia fillets over medium heat for 6 minutes.

Sprinkle the tilapia fillets with pepper and salt. Turn halfway.

In the meantime, heat the mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the packaging.

Sprinkle the puree with the rest of the parsley and serve with the fish and peppers. Remove the garlic if necessary.
