Tofu with mushrooms
A nice Chinese recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: natural tofu, stir-fry oil, fresh ginger root (grated), spring onions (in oblique rings), winter root (in thin slant slices), snow peas (halved), shiitake (in slices), herb broth (from powder), dry sherry, soy sauce (light) and cornstarch.

Cut Tofu into slices and drain on kitchen paper.

Heat in wok oil and slices of tofu (in portions) in crispy browning for 5 to 7 minutes, halfway through turning.

Place slices of tofu on a plate.

stir frying warmers and ginger and spring onions until they start to smell.

Add carrots, snow peas and shiitakes and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add tofu through it and add stock, sherry and soy sauce.

Let the dish simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

Loosen maizena with 1 tbsp water and add to tofu while stirring.

Continue stirring until moisture is lightly bound.

Season with pepper..
