Put the multi-grain pancake mix in a bowl and make a well in the middle. Break the egg above and pour a little milk on it.

Whisk together with a whisk or fork and add the rest of the milk to a smooth batter while stirring. Put the mushrooms in a bowl.

Fry the mushrooms in a little stir frying oil, quench with a little dash of soy sauce and pour the batter over it.

Bake until the top of the pancake is dry, turn over and bake the other side briefly.
