Cut the shiitakes into quarters, heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the shiitakes for 4 min. On medium heat.

Cut the salad onion into thin rings. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Let the ginger drain.

Put the pointed cabbage, carrot and radish side by side in a colander and pour 2 liters of boiling water over it. Bring the broth to the boil.

Divide vegetables and noodles into parts over the wide bowls. Spoon the hot stock and put the shiitakes and the spring onions.

Put the ginger in the middle. Sprinkle some of the soup with the sesame seed.
