Stamp with green beans, tuna and olives
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes (floury, scrubbed), green beans, olive oil, garlic (squeezed), whipped cream (125 ml), tuna in oil (a 185 g), black olives (no seeds) (a 240 g) and drained).

Cut the potatoes with zest into boiling and boil them in water with salt in approx. 20 min. Until done.

In the meantime, remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans and break the green beans in half. Boil them in water in about 7 minutes until al dente.

Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the garlic for 1 min. Add the potatoes and the whipped cream and stamp with the parsley mash into a coarse puree. Mix in the green beans, the tuna with oil and the olives. Heat for 2 more minutes and season with salt and pepper.
