Omelette with bean sprouts
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken fillet fumé (about 200 g), eggs (M), mix for farmers omelet (a 28 g), tomatoes on the vine, onion, butter or margarine, bean sprouts (250 g) and multigrain bread.
Cut chicken fillet into small cubes.
Dissolve eggs with 3 tablespoons of water in bowl.
Add packets of mix and leave for about 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, wash tomatoes and cut into slices.
Spread tomato slices with salt and pepper.
Peel and chop onions.
Heat butter in frying pan.
Add the onion about 1 minute and add chicken fillet.
Remove onion and chicken from pan and mix well with omelette mixture.
Bake 4 small omelets according to instructions.
Fill the omelette with bean sprouts.
Serving omelets with bread and slices of tomato..
