Oriental rib chops with rice and stir-fry vegetables.

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Peel and grate the ginger in the meantime. Slice the garlic. Cut the pork chops into strips.
  3. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the meat for 3 min. Add the ginger, garlic and stir-fry mix and cook for 4 minutes on a high heat.
  4. Add the sauce and warm for 4 minutes. Mix the bean sprouts with the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle with the coriander and serve with the rice.
