Spinach stew with grilled tarttails
A tasty Dutch recipe. The lactose-free main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbly potatoes, olive oil (AH), beef broth (from tablet, AH), red onions (in pieces), spring onion ((3 pieces), in pieces of 4 cm), garlic (pressed ), black pepper (mill, AH), tart tarts and spinach.

Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan with a thick bottom and scoop the potatoes through. Add the stock and cook the potatoes over low heat for 15-20 minutes.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and spring onions for 5-6 min. Mix the garlic and 2 tsp black pepper with 1 tbsp oil and brush the tarttails. Grill the meat in 4-6 minutes brown from the outside and rosé inside.

Stamp the potatoes and cooking juices with a puree mash to a smooth puree. Scoop the onion mixture and the spinach through it and warm until the spinach begins to shrink. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the stew in deep plates and put the tarttails on it.
