Potato salad with hot dogs
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, kilos of potatoes (solid, peeled), green beans, mustard, salad dressing (bottle of 500 ml), oregano (jar of 10 g), hot dogs ((400 g), drained), onion (finely chopped) ), cherry tomatoes ((250 g) and halved).

Boil the potatoes in plenty of water with salt in 20 min. Until done. Remove the stalk of the green beans and boil the green beans in 6 min. Until al dente. Meanwhile, beat a dressing of mustard, salad dressing, oregano, 1 tbsp water and salt and pepper to taste.

Drain the potatoes and cut into 3 cm cubes. Let them cool quickly in a low bowl. Pour the green beans into a colander and rinse them cold under running water.

Cut the hot dogs into pieces. Mix the potatoes, the spinach beans, the hot dogs, the onion, and the dressing. Divide the potato salad with the cherry tomatoes over 4 plates and serve.
