Fish skewer with curry sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, pangasius fillet ((bag 750 g, frozen), thawed), red pepper (in pieces), zucchini (in thick slices), olive oil, baby potatoes (700 g), broccoli (in florets), mix for curry sauce (26 g) and semi-skimmed milk.

Dab the pangasius fillet dry with kitchen paper and cut into pieces. Thread the fish with the peppers and zucchini on the sticks and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet and bake the potatoes in 12 min. Golden brown and done. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and cook the fish skewers in 10 min. Until done.

Meanwhile, cook the broccoli in 4 minutes until al dente. Prepare the curry sauce with the milk according to the instructions on the package. Divide the fish skewers and broccoli over 4 plates. Spoon the curry sauce over the skewers and serve with the potatoes.
