Fried bacon with sprouts and bean sprouts


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, rice, sprouts (cleaned), bacon, curry powder, crème fraîche (125 ml), bean sprouts (250 g), fried onions (100 g beaker) and atjar tjampoer (350 g).

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Bring a pot of water to the boil and boil the sprouts for 5 minutes.
  3. Let them drain.
  4. Cut the bacon into pieces and fry in a large pan with non-stick coating (or wok) in 5 min.
  5. On a high heat until crispy.
  6. Add the curry powder and the sprouts and bake for 2 minutes.
  7. Turn down the heat and allow to cool slightly.
  8. Add the crème fraîche and heat for 1 min.
  9. Put the bean sprouts through.
  10. Put the rice in bowls and scoop the sprouting mixture on it.
  11. Sprinkle with the onions and serve with the atjar tjampoer..
