Fried bacon with sprouts and bean sprouts
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, rice, sprouts (cleaned), bacon, curry powder, crème fraîche (125 ml), bean sprouts (250 g), fried onions (100 g beaker) and atjar tjampoer (350 g).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Bring a pot of water to the boil and boil the sprouts for 5 minutes.

Let them drain.

Cut the bacon into pieces and fry in a large pan with non-stick coating (or wok) in 5 min.

On a high heat until crispy.

Add the curry powder and the sprouts and bake for 2 minutes.

Turn down the heat and allow to cool slightly.

Add the crème fraîche and heat for 1 min.

Put the bean sprouts through.

Put the rice in bowls and scoop the sprouting mixture on it.

Sprinkle with the onions and serve with the atjar tjampoer..
