Redfish with grilled salsa
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, red peppers, red onion, olive oil, roma tomatoes, fresh coriander (15 g), redfish fillets (a ca. 125 g), sambal brandal and salt.

Preheat the grill.

Peppers wash, clean and cut into small cubes.

Peel and finely chop onions.

Pepper and onion spread on baking sheet and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Roast pepper and onion for about 10 minutes under grill, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, skinn tomatoes, remove seeds and cut flesh into cubes.

Chop coriander.

Degrease redfish fillets with kitchen paper and place on baking sheet.

Sprinkle the rest of oil over it.

Place redfish about 10 cm under the hot grill and cook until tender and light brown in approx.

4 minutes.

Fry grilled vegetables, tomato cubes, coriander and sambal together and season with salt.

Place redfish on four plates and create salsa and next to it.

Serve with couscous..
