Schnitzel with garlic beans
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, onions (finely chopped), Tuscan potato wedges (800 g), pork schnitzel (in 8 pieces), crushed green beans (500 g), garlic (chopped) and mint (11 g jar).

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the onions for 1 min. Add the potato wedges and fry in brown and cooked for 8-10 min. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Sprinkle the schnitzels with pepper and salt and fry them in 8 min. On both sides until golden brown and just cooked.

Boil the green beans in little water with salt for 5 minutes. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the green beans for 2-3 minutes until al dente. Add the garlic and the fresh mint and cook for another 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the potato wedges and the schnitzels over 4 plates and add the garlic beans.
