Ingredients
- 400 gram chickpea
- 2 tablespoon sesame paste
- 1 clove garlic
- 0.5 lemon
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder (djinten)
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seed
- Chilli pepper flakes
- 1 pomegranate for the couscous salad
- 2 big orange for the couscous salad
- 1 bunch fresh parsley for the couscous salad
- 200 gram couscous for the couscous salad
- 200 gram pearl couscous for the couscous salad
- 200 gram rice for the couscous salad
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for the couscous salad
- 4 vine tomato for the tomato salad
- 1 Red onion for the tomato salad
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder (djinten) for the tomato salad
- 2 tablespoon olive oil for the tomato salad
- 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar for the tomato salad
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice for the tomato salad
Directions

Grind the chickpeas with the sesame paste, garlic, lemon and cumin into a smooth, thick paste for the humus and thin with water if necessary. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper and transfer to a bowl.
