Grilled salmon with lemon


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, lemons, garlic and traditional olive oil.

Directions

  1. Scoop out the lemon and press ⅓ of the lemon. Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the red onion.
  2. Let it cook for 4 minutes until the onion is translucent. Pour in the lemon juice and the boiling water and add the garlic. Allow to cook for 3 minutes on low heat.
  3. Add the capers. Dab the salmon dry with kitchen paper and brush thinly with the oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the rest of the lemon in half. Heat a grill pan and grill the salmon fillets in 6 minutes until done. Turn halfway.
  5. After 2 minutes, place the lemon (with the cutting edge on the grill pan) next to the salmon and grill until caramelized. The cutting plane is then brown.
  6. Cut the parsley fine and scoop through the caper mixture. Place the salmon fillets and lemon halves on plates and add the caper mixture.
