'waterfall beef': steak with lime-shallot dressing
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, limes, shallots, fish sauce, oil, chili powder, dark brown caster sugar and steaks.

A lime broom, peel fine grating. Squeeze all limes. Peel and finely chop the shallots. Lime juice and grater, shallot, fish sauce, 3 tablespoons of oil, melted chilli powder and mix together sugar until dressing.

Stab dry with kitchen paper. Grill pan until hot. Spread the meat lightly with the rest of oil. Grilling steak on both sides for 1-2 minutes until brown is brown and rosé on the inside. Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for a while. Cut the meat into slices and pour through the dressing. Tasty with rice or noodles and a salad of red and white cabbages and carrot.
