Steak tartare with bearnaise sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potato croquettes (600 g, frozen), winter carrot (bag 1 kg), onion (chopped), salad dressing (bottle 500 ml), tarragon, olive oil, steaks tartar (2 dishes a 2 pieces) and bearnaise sauce (jar 240 ml).

Preheat the oven to 225 ° C. Fry the potato croquettes according to the instructions on the packaging in 15-18 min. Golden brown.

Meanwhile, peel the carrot with a peeler and grate finely in a bowl. Add the onion. Mix the salad dressing with the tarragon, 1 tbsp water and salt and pepper to taste. Scoop through the carrot salad.
