Mustard sauerkraut with baby potatoes and pork fillet
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pre-cooked mini-carts (double pack of 700 g), salt, sauerkraut (natural 500 g), coarse mustard, crème fraîche, (freshly ground) pepper, butter and marinated pork fillets à la minute.

Cook the potatoes in pan with little water and salt in about 10 minutes.

Mix sauerkraut, mustard and crème fraiche in another pan.

Sauerkraut gently for about 8 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Heat (butter) pan of butter.

Cook the pork steaks in approx.

2 minutes until tender and brown.

Remove the meat from the pan and reduce the cooking fat with 3 tablespoons of water.

Spread meat, sauerkraut and potatoes over 4 plates.

Pour gravy over potatoes and meat..
