Directions

  1. Tie the herbs together with a piece of kitchen string (bouquet garni).
  2. Cut the chicken bolts with a large knife through the joint in two pieces each.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the chicken pieces around brown.
  5. Chop it onion.
  6. Add the onion, bacon and the bouquet garni and sprinkle the flour between the pieces of chicken.
  7. Bake for another 3-4 minutes.
  8. Put the pieces of chicken on a plate.
  9. Pour the beer and stock while stirring with the onion-bacon mixture.
  10. Bring to the boil while stirring and let it bind to a nice sauce.
  11. Put the chicken pieces in the sauce.
  12. Stew the chicken with lid at an angle on the pan in three quarters of an hour until tender.
  13. Let the cream pâté melt in the sauce, stirring just before serving.
  14. Tasty with boiled potatoes and a salad.
