Chili sin carne with vegagehakt
Traditional Mexican meal with minced meat, tomato sauce, spicy herbs, beans and cheese.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Cut the garlic and fruit into the frying pan for 1 min.

Add the minced meat, paprika, cumin and chili pepper and cook over medium heat for 4 minutes. Change regularly.

Meanwhile, halve the peppers in the length and remove the seed lists. Cut the flesh into cubes. Add to the mixture and cook 5 min.

Add the tomato frito and cook gently on low heat for 8 minutes.

Add the corn and beans, scoop and warm for another 3 minutes.

Divide the chili sin carne over the plates. Serve with the crème fraiche and sprinkle with the cheese.
