Wheat with spicy chicken
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, ebly (pre-cooked wheat, pack a 500 g), chicken fillet in cubes (approx. 200 g), tabasco (bottle), snow peas, sunflower oil, iceberg lettuce and garlic dressing (bottle).

Cook the wheat according to the instructions.

Mix chicken cubes with tabasco and leave them covered for approx.

5 minutes.

Cleaning and washing in the meantime.

Heat in oil or frying pan oil.

Chopping chicken strips for about 2 minutes.

Prune pea pods and bake for approx.
-
3 minutes.

Season with salt.
-
Wash, cut into strips and mix with dressing.

Wheat serve with chicken-vegetable mixture and salad..
